UNIVERSITY AIMS & OBJECTIVES

  • Imparting scientific education through planned programmes that are practical, need based, and job oriented.
  • Creating job opportunities for the trained cadre through continuous dialogue with various funding / placement agencies in the urban and rural areas.
  • Creating an organization that is financially sustainable.
  • Influencing policy and practice.
  • Preparing cadres of trained professionals and entrepreneurs.
  • Initiating and promoting appropriate innovations.
  • Capacity building of stakeholders and professionals.
  • Developing models of good practice.
  • Promoting research in various aspects related to physiotherapy development.
  • Networking with other organizations across the country
  • To provide appropriate education required to prove their efficiency in the society.
  • To make them familiar with their inborn efficiency and utilize it for one’s own betterment as well as betterment of the society.
  • To make them learn use of technology and its use in their professional carrier.
  • To conduct workshops and seminars in order to keep on refreshing the knowledge for the students who had been practicing.
  • To provide instructions, teaching and training in Higher Education and make provisions for research, advancement and dissemination of knowledge; to create higher levels of intellectual abilities;
  • To establish state of the art facilities for education and training;
  • To carry out teaching and research and offer continuing education programmes;
  • To create center of excellence for research and development and for sharing knowledge and its application;
  • To establish campus in Bihar  and to have study centers at different places within its jurisdiction;
  • To establish examination centre’s;
  • To institute degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions on the basis of examination, or any such other method.
  • To ensure that the standard of degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions are not lower than those laid down by AICTE, NCTE, UGC, NMC, PCI, INC and other similar agency/ agencies established by the Central Government for regulation of education.
  • To open study centers within its jurisdiction.
  • To set up off campus centre within and out of the state, subject to the permission of the concerned State, any law made by the Parliament and any regulation, rules etc. made by the regulating bodies;
  • To pursue any other objective as may be approved by the State Government.
